The Fuzz God IIc is a very special, limited run, modded version of our Fuzz God II pedal. Only 99 pedals will be made available, each hand modified and numbered by Ben, once those have sold, there will be no more.
The Fuzz God IIc has all the same features as the Fuzz God II - but has a modified tone circuit.
The "C" in IIc stands for "Cream" and is a homage to Eric Clapton's famous "woman tone" that he used on many classic Cream guitar tracks.
Simply flick the right hand toggle switch to the right hand position and the modified tone circuit kicks in, rolling off the high end leaving behind the velvety warm sound that is known as "woman tone".
Of course, the Fuzz God IIc also delivers a cornucopia of other fuzz tones - from the slightest hint of break up to fuzzyness of epic proportions (think red seas parting, burning bushes, pillars of salt etc).
From your classic fuzz tones of the sustaining, soulful, singing kind through to those of utter chaos - encompassing suboctave madness, parasitic sustain and out of control fax machine dial lunacy – perfect for a guitar players more avant garde inclinations.
Whilst there are devices available on the market that do one or other of these functions, the Fuzz God II is the only device that opens up the possibility of using them both within the same unit – switching between either mode instantly via the wrath footswitch.
Utilise the sputter control to determine how smooth or gated you sound is – from singing leads to “fuzz in the sun too long” sputting.
